This release adds the request intake foundation for time off, VOT, trades, reason presets, status boards, partial-day hours, full-day handling, and admin override visibility.

HoursPartial-day HHMM ranges and full-day scheduled-shift calculations.

OverridesAdmin entries may bypass increment restrictions when needed.
