This screen is wired to the v0.6.0 backend authentication foundation. Use the administrator account seeded through /api/auth/seed-admin.

Defines the current user, agency, roles, permissions, setup state, and logout target.

Employee, Supervisor, Scheduler, and Administrator roles with permission-aware routing.

Uses the existing users, roles, user_roles, role_permissions, and employees naming contract.
